Can't recommend it highly enough to anyone. The hotel is fairly clean, has views of the beach. The rooms are spotless in a balcony attached to our suite, and the location is MAGNIFICENT to the shopping areas. The property's staff is super-friendly and unfailingly friendly.

I was really excited to visit the Sri Aurobindo Ashram in Pondicherry, so I chose the Bull Boutique Hotel for its convenient location. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the array of services offered by the hotel. The restaurant provided a casual and enjoyable dining experience with a mix of European, Italian, and Indian flavors. , the 24-hour front desk and room service were extremely convenient. The free WiFi throughout the property was also a great perk.

The lack of cleanliness and maintenance in the rooms was a major downside. The comforter was disgusting and filled with fungus, and the bathrooms were badly maintained with leaking shower pipes.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed by the beautiful and well-designed interior of the hotel. The staff members were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location was convenient, allowing us easy access to popular tourist sites. we appreciated the complimentary welcome drinks and the attentive service provided by the hotel team.
